    Looking at your account and reward history, it looks like you redeemed 1000 points on 6/6, and you can expect the e-gift card for all your June redemptions within the first 10 days of July. The last payout sent to your email address for $127.50 was from June 2022. Let us know if you have any other questions. 🚲

      No worries at all! I want to make sure you get all the rewards you earned. Since it was sent in June 2022, it would be for Bike Angels rewards for May 2022.

        Why would they be redeemed two years later?  I still have gift cards that I have not redeemed because the system kept sending Amazon cards, rather than offering the option of cashing them out.  I have not even cashed out any points since last fall because I do not see an option and I don't want anymore Amazon cards.  Just because I chose the gift card three and a half years earlier for a few small dollars does not mean I should be locked into automatically being sent Amazon credits every time I choose (or randomly am sent) Bike Angel rewards.  The app does not present an option to change the original form of payment.  That has to be done on the backend.

        Amazon did a bait and switch as well.  When I earned the gift cards you could buy retail gift cards with the rewards (Best Buy, Home Depot, The Container Store)...now you can only purchase items online through Amazon and you cannot even use the rewards at Whole Foods.  I was saving to buy a computer.  The fact that they automatically sent the Amazon cards each month without notifying us of the changes was ridiculous.  I now have thousands of dollars in Amazon credits (for overpriced poorly made products) that I do not need and have to use cash.  I need thousands of dollars worth of dental work and have additional medical expenses (from bike messengers and cars cutting me off while moving bikes)...yet I cannot even use the more than $8000 I earned during the quarantine from moving Citibikes.
