Update the app SEE NEW ANGELS PROGRAM

The numbers are pretty similar.

    Hey jm and Leslie52. Thanks for sharing your questions and feedback in the community! While the Community was launched with a focus on Citi Bike, Bike Angels from all regions are welcome. As the Community continues to grow, we’re looking forward to having more input from Bike Angels in all participating regions! All of our participating Bike Angels regions are listed in the FAQ. 

     

    Rewards vary depending on the Bike Angels program in that region, and currently cash/e-gift cards are only available in Boston and New York. Once redeemed, you’ll receive your Tremendous email no later than the 10th of the following month. Head to our website, here, to view a breakdown of Divvy specific rewards. Once you surpass 10 points, you’ll be able to redeem your points for available rewards in the Bike Angels profile under ‘Bike Angels rewards’ by tapping on the blue box of the reward you’re interested in. As a heads up, Bike Angels ride credits do not expire. You can check out more info about Bike Angels ride credits in this thread.

     

    Since your points are now stored in the points bank, they won’t reset at the top of each month. Instead of rewards being sent automatically, we wanted to place more power in the hands of our Bike Angels and give you the freedom to choose which rewards you’d like to receive! You can also check out this post from May for some more helpful info on the rewards system update.

    I think it is different in NYC...guess we should mention where we are located when we post on here because what applies in one region is unlikely to be true in another.

With the new points system, "after 200 pts" doesn't come into play anymore  

All your points stay in your bank and you choose how to spend them.

I think it is different in NYC...guess we should mention where we are located when we post on here because what applies in one region is unlikely to be true in another.

    From what I've read in this group, the new "banking" system has now rolled out in all markets (can't find the reference).

     

    Boston and NYC offer cash payouts.

    Chicago has eBike docking out of stations.

    So... according to the forum, the moderator, @jenniferrp, wrote the "banking points" feature should be on everyones app.

     

    Some people had to update their app to see the "banking points" program upgrade.
