Do they even have the authority/ability to suspend a members Bike Angels participation? Seems like an idle threat to me.

Thanks nina! However, in the spirit of World Mental Health Day, I will give this person the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they were just having a bad day. If it happens again though, I will reach out to you with the needed information.

I realize this must be frustrating for all parties, and I'm committed to providing the BA perspective to our operations team and the BA team.
