    Thanks nina! However, in the spirit of World Mental Health Day, I will give this person the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they were just having a bad day. If it happens again though, I will reach out to you with the needed information.

No this was near the Fidi area, but good to know this is a issue at other concierge spots.
