Rewards
Are the rewards program real? I haven’t received any rewards this far despite applying for them twice. And haven’t received a response from Citi support on my questions either. Too good to be true?

You mean the water bottle, gloves, etc? Yes, they are real (I got my backpack in May), but they take a while. It helps to keep prodding them…..
I never received my pins, or water bottle and if you go through the help systems they don't know what to do. I don't think they send them out anymore
They should. Keep pestering them.
