To start, Iād advise checking for updates to your iOS or AndriodOS device and app to see if that may straighten out the issue. Hopefully an OS/app update is all that is needed, but let me know if it still happens once you've confirmed everything is up to date.
Thanks for the reply! Yes I have checked and have the latest Android version (no updates available). There was an update recently but it didn't help.
