To start, I’d advise checking for updates to your iOS or AndriodOS device and app to see if that may straighten out the issue. Hopefully an OS/app update is all that is needed, but let me know if it still happens once you've confirmed everything is up to date.
Thanks for the reply! Yes I have checked and have the latest Android version (no updates available). There was an update recently but it didn't help.

Sure, how do I attach a video from my computer? I don't see a way.
You should have the option below the text box that says, "Drag and drop here or browse files to attach." Click on "browse" and it will bring up your computer files to choose from.
