Thanks for the reply! Yes I have checked and have the latest Android version (no updates available). There was an update recently but it didn't help.

Sure, how do I attach a video from my computer? I don't see a way.
You should have the option below the text box that says, "Drag and drop here or browse files to attach." Click on "browse" and it will bring up your computer files to choose from.
I don't see such an option, but when I try to drag and drop the video on the text box, I see a red bar that says "You do not have permission to upload video."
