No receipt for points redemption

Hi Omar and company,

 I noticed when I redeemed $150 (1000 points) from my bank twice, totaling $300 in the last few days,  I received no pending reward email or receipt. I understand the gift card will arrive at the end of the month. 

the only record is that my points value went down.

But ideally in the rewards section of my app I want it to show $300 in pending rewards or an email receipt or both so we know it did not evaporate into thin air or used towards e-bike credits 

Is this possible to implement?

    For NYC (not sure about other cities) this info shows in the app. From the main menu, tap on Bike Angels and then tap on “View your rewards.” It swill show you your current balances (plus lifetime) for e-bike and Lyft credits, membership extensions and pending gift cards.

      I did that and this is what I show. No pending gift cards option

        It seems that Bluebikes is different then. Below is what Citibike NYC shows:

    Great feedback here.

    To be honest with you, as I am not a software engineer, I am unsure on how "easy" or "hard" something like this would be to implement.

    I have gone ahead and provided the feedback directly to our internal teams. We're always looking to improve the APP experience so this feedback really does help!

      That would be great. This is what I see : it shows my credits from an e-bike redemption from several days ago unrelated to my redemptions relating to gift cards and my past rewards are all $0 expired ones  I want to see my pending gift card ones
