Android baywheels app and Pedal Assist Preference
On the "Ebike Pricing" page under "Pedal Assist Preference" https://help.baywheels.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048955492-Ebike-Pricing it says I can set my Pedal Assist Preference in the app by going to Profile > Bike key > Pedal assist preference. However, I do not see "Bike key" on the profile page. (Bay wheels, Android app). NOTE: I'm having trouble posting the link; when I submit this it says invalid htmltons of notifications in SF 8/14 and 8/15
Tons of (repeat) notifications on the Bay Wheels app on Android on /14 and 8/15, for upcoming events. I'm sure it'll stop now since the events are this weekend, but man, that was annoying. Every 10s or so, I'd get a little pop-up at the bottom of the screen, which grayed out the rest of the screen. Bike angel points disappear from app (Bay Wheels Android app) when there's a network connectivity problem: on wifi go out of range of the wifi the app will say network problems, and bike stations disappear after a minute, it reconnects to cell network and bike stations come back bike angel point indicators do not come back I have to close and reopen the app to resolve. On my baywheels android app, after I take a ride, often the app will get stuck and I cannot take another ride until I close and reopen it. Also sometimes this happens (in between rides) after switching away from the app and back to it. The "Scan" button gets stuck spinning. This started happening 2-3 weeks ago.
How do I report bikes that have their QR codes removed?
This bike and the bike next to it have no QR code. Like, they look like they've been removed. I tapped the wrench icon, but it didn't seem to do anything. More generally, I'm just not sure how to report bike issues after docking. It seems like if I don't press the wrench icon within a minute of docking, or if I tap through the post ride feedback screens, pressing the wrench icon does nothing.
