tons of notifications in SF 8/14 and 8/15
Tons of (repeat) notifications on the Bay Wheels app on Android on /14 and 8/15, for upcoming events. I'm sure it'll stop now since the events are this weekend, but man, that was annoying. Every 10s or so, I'd get a little pop-up at the bottom of the screen, which grayed out the rest of the screen. Bike angel points disappear from app (Bay Wheels Android app) when there's a network connectivity problem: on wifi go out of range of the wifi the app will say network problems, and bike stations disappear after a minute, it reconnects to cell network and bike stations come back bike angel point indicators do not come back I have to close and reopen the app to resolve. On the "Ebike Pricing" page under "Pedal Assist Preference" https://help.baywheels.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048955492-Ebike-Pricing it says I can set my Pedal Assist Preference in the app by going to Profile > Bike key > Pedal assist preference. However, I do not see "Bike key" on the profile page. (Bay wheels, Android app). On my baywheels android app, after I take a ride, often the app will get stuck and I cannot take another ride until I close and reopen it. Also sometimes this happens (in between rides) after switching away from the app and back to it. The "Scan" button gets stuck spinning. This started happening 2-3 weeks ago.
How do I report bikes that have their QR codes removed?
This bike and the bike next to it have no QR code. Like, they look like they've been removed. I tapped the wrench icon, but it didn't seem to do anything. More generally, I'm just not sure how to report bike issues after docking. It seems like if I don't press the wrench icon within a minute of docking, or if I tap through the post ride feedback screens, pressing the wrench icon does nothing.ride history does not remember where you were
In the "Ride history" of the Android Bay Wheels app, if you click into a ride to see details, then use the "back" button or motion on the phone to go back to the list of rides, the list goes back to the top of the list rather than go back to where you were. This makes it very difficult when searching for a specific ride in your history. Can this be made to remember where you were? Thanks!
