Bike angel rewards

Recently, I have gotten “ Casual Cruiser “ and haven’t received a gmail from citi bike , I checked this website and some people are getting the some error , so I waited it out , about a month I still haven’t received nothing , I called citi bike they said they were going to email me and nobody did
