Cash redemption not offered for January reward.

I just received my January '25 reward email from tremendous. On the redemption page it does not offer cash via PayPal or ACH. It only offers gift cards and charitable donations. This reward was earned before the system change. Shouldn't I still be able to redeem this award for cash since it was earned under the previous system? Anyone else experience this? Please help! #BlueBikes

Since it's February, the option for Paypal or ACH is no longer available.

The reward was for January and clearly they can do as they like, just wondering if they will do the right thing. Waiting for a response from a bike angels team member.

Not only that...but they are only offering 75% of what was promised per point for the past year and a half.  So, rather than earning $200 per 1000 points, they will only provide $150.00 per 1000 points as compensation for all your hard work.  That is like working for a fast food restaurant for minimum wage and ultimately being compensation for on three quarters of that amount.  Clearly they need a lesson or two about budgeting and taxes.  They will not allow links on here...so I will add a few resources below, which can be found through search engines.
