Daily complaint—why was my membership made inactive with no warning?

    Hello there, DanMan, I'm sorry to learn your membership isn't showing up. I've reported this issue to our engineering team for investigation. I'll follow up here once I learn more.

    Hi DanMan, I am in the same boat and waiting and waiting and waiting... I am a bike angel, I consistently report bike issues, I push badly docked bikes back in to save people trouble, I rack up 300+ USD eBike charges per year. Probably one of the best customers and the treatment is - thrown out of the system with no warning. How is that even legal?
