In the following month, you will receive an email from Tremendous for the dollar amount of the rewards claimed the previous month.
The Tremendous email gift card can be redeemed or donated as outlined below. Please let me know if your experience is different. I would be happy to investigate further.
Each retailer gift card has a different maximum redemption amount within the Tremendous portal.

Yes,Jess the issue is as you surmise in your last sentence. If you redeem for any amount more than $500 your only GC redemption option in the email from Tremendous is Amazon.
