Hi there, mgai433 thanks for posting to the community here. To clarify, when you redeem points in the app for gift cards, we track the total amount of gift cards redeemed for each month. In the following month, you will receive an email from Tremendous for the dollar amount of the rewards claimed the previous month.
The Tremendous email gift card can be redeemed or donated as outlined below. Please let me know if your experience is different. I would be happy to investigate further.
