Surprise payout
Hi All,
I received a message from Tremendous stating that I am receiving $600 for last month. I did not redeem anything and did not accrue 3000 last month. Has anyone else received this?

Yes, the Temendous eGift email that I received today was for a payout that was the wrong amount. I reported it to Citibike and am waiting for them to resolve.
It’s a total mess. There are loads of reports of people receiving surprise payouts for more than they should have received, even folks who didn’t redeem anything at all. Then loads of folks, like myself, who redeemed over 60 days ago who have received nothing. Customer service can’t do anything other than endlessly “escalate” the case and, on here, we get vague reassurances that something will be done soon but without any specifics or true accountability. It’s very disappointing.

They sent me half of what I redeemed. Then when I went to cash out, there was a message that it was invalid
