Missing Lifetime Rewards

Is Citibike ever going to do anything about its failure to actually provide the lifetime rewards it claims to offer? I got to Steady Pedaler statues well over 6 months ago and never received the reward in the mail. I spoke to customer service who, as always, were completely unable to help. Will this ever get resolved or is just another example of something Citibike claims to offer and then systematically fails to deliver on?
