Two Questions

I was trying to check when was the last time that I redeemed a reward. (Usually, I just trade in every 10 points for 10 ebike minutes rather than saving them up.) It doesn't seem like there is any record, though. Like, I wish it would text or email when you redeem so that I could go back and check when it happened. Or... hold the record in the app. It just has a list of past rewards with no timestamp. Do you know how to see the various times you have redeemed? Thanks in advance :)

Question #2 - same as someone else... do we know when the pins and things are coming? Feels like it takes quite a long time
