I followed up with the BA Team, and they were able to pinpoint and resolve the issue. Thank you for taking the time to report this, so we could make things right! I'm unable to adjust your membership renewal date at this time, but I added 40 Bike Angels points to your account to compensate for the missing week or so of extensions and a little extra. This article was intended to provide information for reporting bikes, since we receive frequent questions and reports about this issue.
