I can see you redeemed 1000 points for a gift card on 7/19. I'm sorry that your gift card didn't arrive in August as expected. I've just sent the gift card to the email listed on your Lyft account. Looking at things, I can see that the disclosure on the Shopify page is misleading. I have noted that this is confusing so I can inform the team that owns Shopify. It's true that keys can take 4 - 6 weeks to arrive. If you send your Shopify order number here or by DM, I can take a deeper look at your order. I was able to work with the BA Team to pinpoint the issue. You should no longer be experiencing this problem. If you are, try logging out, updating the app, and logging back in to be sure changes are reflected in your experience. I understand it wasn't as easy to find this information online as we'd like, and our response in support channels wasn't clear. I will provide feedback in an effort to correct these callouts. I want to make sure it's easy and fun to participate. Here's a conversation from earlier this Summer where we outlined the retailer gift card and charity giving options available. It's true that there we no longer offer ACH transfer or PayPal as a rewards option for Tremendous gift cards.
