Insights from our Site Survey We want to hear from you! We served 1,250 surveys this Spring, and received 37 completed responses for a .03% completion rate. Insights from the survey are used directly to plan site improvements and content. This summer, most Angels were visiting the community looking for information or help, and a nearly half of all respondents reported they found what they were seeking; down about 9% from the Spring. However, more Angels reported they were satisfied or very satisfied with their overall experience, compared to it being just OK.
