Its still broken, and its a lot harder to earn points.
Some new info that might help debugging: the new bikes NEVER get any points if you return them past a 15 minute calculation (i.e, "check out" bike 0..14 or 30..44)
With old bikes: "check in" bike 15..29 or 45..59 gives you points.
With new bikes: zero points when checking in at the same time. It works if you wait for next the next "ok" cycle (00&30).
