Membership extension granting only 28 days, not 30

The past 2 or 3 months, my membership extension Bike Angels option has only been granting 28 days at 4x extensions instead of 30 days. The 4th extension in a month is supposed to grant 9 days instead...

    Hey there, Astnish28​, thanks for your reply to confirm after testing things. I followed up with the BA Team, and they were able to pinpoint and resolve the issue. Thank you for taking the time to report this, so we could make things right! 

    I'm unable to adjust your membership renewal date at this time, but I added 40 Bike Angels points to your account to compensate for the missing week or so of extensions and a little extra. This took your points bank total from 7 to 47.
