Points Bank

Even though I’ve updated my Citibike (NYC) app, I still don’t see the Points Bank. How do I get this new feature?

    If your using android, it hasn't been rolled out yet. It's only available on iOS

    Hey there, TR, thanks for visiting the community to ask about how to get access to the new rewards structure. There isn't a way to opt into the experience at this time, but I recommend turning on automatic app updates. 😊 Our team is working to deliver an improved experience to all Bike Angels as quickly as possible.

      I have the latest iOS and I still haven't been been updated to the new reward structure. It the program being rolled out to select accounts first?
