    Hello, all, I'm happy to share that Tremendous emails to complete October gift card rewards have been sent.

    We will work to send November Tremendous emails as soon as possible, as I understand Angels may be wondering about the potential future delays. If I get an update on exactly when, I'll alert the group here.

I hope everyone has now had a chance to read the updated terms.  There’s some interesting language in the update.  Lyft obviously read about the shenanigans happening with the “teams” of Angels who were gaming the the system. This is directly related to the NYT article. So honest Bike Angels get punished by having to wait 60 days for payments effective Nov. 24th.  Thanks to the Angel who told us about this Lyft did not send out an email at all.

    It's also BS because everyone waiting for October rewards put them in way before 11/24. If the redemption date is changing going forward, fine, but we're all owed a month's worth of payments that were put in before that change.

      Agree wholeheartedly. You all also know why they’re doing this. The Angels who were featured in the NYT article and complained about in the Reddit forums.  I read the updated terms and it’s obvious that they made the changes to put an end to the abuse. 

      Honest Angels are being punished for the misdeeds of the renegades on the UWS.

        Yeah, whenever I go out to shuffle CitiBikes, I encounter folks who have multiple CitiBike accounts and cheat the system.  

        Maybe we’ll get lucky: our new president will recognize the cheaters’ talents and like-mindedness and appoint them all to high government positions.  

        Then we honest “losers and suckers” will be able to shuffle CitiBikes in peace.
