Replacement gloves?

I sadly lost one of my gloves a few months ago, and having just got to 5,000 lifetime points. I was wondering if it would be possible to get another pair of gloves instead of the backpack. Haven’t had any luck inquiring via Lyft Support. I don’t see any other way to get these rewards. 

If anyone else in San Francisco doesn’t want their gloves I’d happily take them or trade for them! I’m a rare bike Angel supporter in Berkeley/Oakland. Got more points in four days in New York than I usually get in a month in the Bay Area.
