Jess it’s Friday and I still haven’t gotten any emails. How about an update on what/when we can expect this to be resolved?
JessYes, same here. Still no email. It’s quite frustrating to be lectured about “positivity” and “remaining respectful” while Lyft doesn’t have the basic respect to provide a clear update about these woefully delayed payments. If they want us to believe that have any respect or value for their Bike Angels community, then they should commit to a specific timeline for these payments to be processed and compensation for those whose payments have exceeded the 60 day timeline outlined in their terms of service. Actions speak louder than words etc.
This is incredibly frustrating. I agree with everything you’ve said. Hopefully, we’ll get some answers sooner rather than later. I know that personally I haven’t been doing as much riding as I would ordinarily do because of this issue and the changes; it’s all very demoralizing.
I appreciate you sharing your sentiment about the issues with October payments. I'm providing updates in this thread when there is news to share and working to get Angels their October payments as quickly as possible in light of the processing error and timing delay. atmjnyc Gflynyc
Thank you for directing me to this thread where other Bike Angels are in the same predicament as I am in regards to October redemption payment. Also, didn't follow Jess suggestion to resolve the issue after reading others comments being waste of time. I'll wait patiently but wished that I have gotten an email regarding change of policies and update. I rarely come to this forum but read every piece of the email that I receive from Bike Angels Team.
