So November Cash Payments are Delayed?

Nearing the end of November and still haven’t received payment for points redeemed in October.

 

Payments seem to be delayed the past deqmontjs according to some of the comments I’ve seen in this chat.  They need to fix it. It’s disincentive for me and probably other Bike Angels to be out there hustling to earn points.

Lyft/Citibike need to resolve this issue.

 

 

 

  • They were always sent around the 7th of the month until July. Since July, it's been more like 17th-21st, so this is by far the latest they've been sent. Would love to get an update, but from my experience on this forum we're not getting one and it'll show up when it shows up.

    Wow- you get PAID?!?! I’m in Chicago. We only get Lyft credit, membership extensions, or free e-bike minutes. I didn’t know that you actually got paid in other cities! Wow.

    Dear Citibike,

    We would appreciate a commitment to a reliable monthly payment policy.  Maybe it is the 15th of every month, or 3rd Thursday of every month.  Whatever it is, please communicate what it will be.

    Yes, it's ridiculous- we're a couple of days away from the end of the month, with tomorrow starting a long holiday weekend that will last through the end of the month, and we still haven't gotten our payments. Why is it so hard for Lyft to just push a button and send out the checks? We've been doing the work rebalancing bikes since the beginning of October and eight weeks later were still waiting to get paid!

    We used to see the payments the first week of the following month, but then for some reason beginning in July, the date started slipping back, and now here it is almost 4 weeks into the following month and nothing.

    Its  very late this month i didnt receive email yet after 2 days thursday coming because of long weekend  payment will be more dely

    I think it may also depend on when you redeem points during the month.  This is really late and I still haven't received the email from Tremendous.
