Filing W9 for someone else's account

Weird question. I was in New York and using my friends citibike account. Started doing bike angels and ended up making $600. My friend is now worried she will have to pay taxes on it. They money I have gotten so far is $200 and went into my paypal. I told her to just submit MY W9 instead of hers (since the money is going to me anyway) even though the account is in her name. Anyone else have experience with this and if so was there any problem? Thanks.

    There's no requirement that the W-9 form needs to match the name on the Citi Bike account so filling it out with your information is fine as it's effectively your earned income.
