Lifetime Rewards - delays again???
I earned the Hustlin' Hero award on June 1 ... nothing received so far. Emailed Lyft on August 6, usual cut-and paste message "You should receive your replacement reward(s) within 3-6 business weeks!" yada yada yada ... still nothing received so far. So is this going to be like the Steady Pedaler fiasco where I waited over a year?Are you actually going to send me the water bottle?
I reached lifetime level of 500 in August and filled out the form immediately to receive my water bottle and badge. It’s now three months (and ten phone calls) later. I’ve gotten lots of apologies but no gift. If you’re not really going to send it, don’t advertise it.
