Lyft Pink + Bike Angels
Hello, I wanted to confirm that if I convert my annual Citi Bike membership to Lyft Pink, I’ll still participate in Bike Angels, the rewards program, *and* specifically, the membership extensions to my now-Lyft Pink account. There’s a Reddit post that suggests this is the case, but curious if anyone here can confirm. Thanks!Solved2.4KViews0likes2CommentsBike Angels via Tremendous - Reward sent & then canceled
Has anyone received an E-Gift card reward submitted in July yet? Just received an email this afternoon for one of the rewards, redeemed it, and then received another email saying the reward was canceled. "Your $170.00 reward has been canceled by Bike Angels. Please reach out to them directly if this was unexpected." Has anyone else come across this? Thanks for your help.Solved1.5KViews5likes16CommentsLifetime Rewards - delays again???
I earned the Hustlin' Hero award on June 1 ... nothing received so far. Emailed Lyft on August 6, usual cut-and paste message "You should receive your replacement reward(s) within 3-6 business weeks!" yada yada yada ... still nothing received so far. So is this going to be like the Steady Pedaler fiasco where I waited over a year?Solved1.2KViews2likes13CommentsE-bike credits - applied after taxes :-/
When I get my receipt for e-bike rides, I notice that the credits to offset the ride are applied after tax is added. But this seems like a waste of e-bike credit and maybe not how discounts usually work. If the credit was applied before tax, then the total would be zero and the tax would be zero and the ride would still be free, but I would get to keep more e-bike credit. Is this by design? Can this be changed? Thanks!Solved793Views3likes1CommentAre you actually going to send me the water bottle?
I reached lifetime level of 500 in August and filled out the form immediately to receive my water bottle and badge. It’s now three months (and ten phone calls) later. I’ve gotten lots of apologies but no gift. If you’re not really going to send it, don’t advertise it.701Views1like12CommentsBike Angels Membership Extension issue
I use the Bike Angels regard program and it's helpful when you get a membership extension of one week for every 20 points you redeem, and understandably you can only extend four weeks each month. That is until about one week ago, I redeemed 20 points to extend the membership from 1/9/24 to 1/16/24. On 1/9/24, CitiBike app showed that my membership expired and payment failed. So on 1/9 I called to discuss this w customer service and said they would look into it and email me. By 1/11, I did not hear back so I called to follow up with Cust service, They said they would look into it and the guy found it odd that I had not been updated sooner. So then I get an email mentioned: Due to a system issue, your Bike Angel Membership may not be reflecting the correct extension date. We have fixed this issue and your app should reflect the correct date within the next 3-4 days as everything refreshes. Please let our team know if you need assistance or have questions. We're standing by, ready to help. Thanks for riding with us. So it's now 1/13 and the correct membership extension until 1/16/24 still is not showing. In the meantime due to this "glitch" I cannot ride a bike!,v unless I renew my membership now, I will not since it should expire on 1/16. I feel I've been robbed several days of my membership benefits. Will Citibike add the additional days to my membership that I could not due to having to wait for them to refresh their systems?Solved337Views2likes5Comments
