Are you actually going to send me the water bottle?
I reached lifetime level of 500 in August and filled out the form immediately to receive my water bottle and badge. It’s now three months (and ten phone calls) later. I’ve gotten lots of apologies but no gift. If you’re not really going to send it, don’t advertise it.

Welp. This completes the collection for now (I think). It's been a fun ride and a great journey. I will continue to utilize Citi Bike for my daily commutes and look forward to any upcoming rewards down the line, the system sure has come a long way. Thank you to much to Jess and team for being so persistent and making sure I got all my rewards in. See everyone out there!
Lifetime Rewards - delays again???
I earned the Hustlin' Hero award on June 1 ... nothing received so far. Emailed Lyft on August 6, usual cut-and paste message "You should receive your replacement reward(s) within 3-6 business weeks!" yada yada yada ... still nothing received so far. So is this going to be like the Steady Pedaler fiasco where I waited over a year?
1500 Point Key Now Plastic?
When I joined Bike Angels several years back the reward for 1500 points was a nice metal Citibike key. So I finally hit 1500 and received a cheap plastic one similar to my original one. Very disappointing! Achieving the metal one is like getting a fancy metal credit card that makes you feel special for your achievement. Bring back a metal key please! Thanks!
