I've had a couple of streaks ended this week when I should have continued them. I've noticed it's because your map is often inaccurate and I'd like an explanation of what's going on. I just took a ride and saved screenshots before and after. This particular ride didn't end a streak, but it should have taken me from 2x to 3x and yet it did not. You can see in the first image, it's 12:00. I waited until noon to see if the map changed, and it did not. So I'm going from S 4th & Roebling to S 2nd & Driggs, which the map indicates will give me 2 points and push me to 3x. I complete the ride and I get the pop up notification: Ride Completed. No two points, no 3x streak. I then take another screenshot of the map and it now says S 2nd & Driggs is neutral. I specifically waited until the points changed at noon before taking this ride, and yet your map didn't reflect the actual points available. I've been doing this for two years and have never had this issue before last week. I've now lost two streaks due to this mapping error. The program is mostly a waste of time now so I rarely do it and only manage about 100 points a month when I used to do over 1k, but I still do use it to extend my membership and get points for an occasional e-bike. Tried to take a bike out in midtown. Uses the app to scan the code. Nothing. Next typed in the bike “vehicle” number. Again nothing. However, the bike was still showing up as a give on my app. I called. Customer Service agent took the report and stated that she’s “hide” the ride so that I could try to get another bike. She also noted that if I were billed any overage charges, that I should call them back and they’d remove the charges. I did te wove an email that I was billed for 106 minutes @0.25 cents per minute (for a ride that never occurred). I’ve called 2x since the call this morning. I one I’ve spoke. With seems to know what they’re doing or how to remove the charge. Lyft Customer Servíce has gotten worse than it’s ever been. They also would never put me through to a supervisor. This is a nightmare. I try to avoid habkc to ever call 855BIKE311 because it’s an an exercise in torture. They are trying to charge me for a ride that I never took. Has anyone else experienced Ed this? If so, how was it resolved? The people working as CS department agents don’t seem to care about resolving any billing-related issues. I used my bike angel points to extend my membership but for some reason it did not push through, i received a message to my account about the redeem point extension but I was still charge for my monthly renewal. i an having the most frustrating experience with support regarding bike angels rewards. Ive accomplished my 1500 points mark, and received the google sheet to fill out; ive done that mid August 25. Month later i contacted support asking regarding the status, and was told "oops sorry we odnt know what happened, give us your shipment details and we will send to fulfillment", i filled out the google sheet. 1 month later, still no rewards, i again reach out support and again get the exact same response about fulfillment and filling out a google sheet. 1 month later, still no package, i again reach out support and again get the same answer; fill out sheet and wait for 6 weeks. During that day, i also put in an order for another separate key fob, order #95311, that was 10/15. Its not 11/13 and still nothing, no rewards, no fob i ordered, and im again talking with support and they are again telling my to fill out a google sheet. This has been incredibly frustrating; ive been member from month 1 of this service, years ago i was also never sent older rewards (the white key fob) and had to deal with the same issues, that were never resolved. The station named "Noble St & Potomac Ave" (id 2145477699306070924) has the wrong location entered in database. The location is returned as (41.89131, -87.66398) but the actual station, at Noble St & Potomac Ave, is about a mile north. Consequence is that bikes can't be taken out at the station by scanning the QR code, the app gives you an error saying "This bike is too far away. Try one closer to you, or move closer to the bike you wanted." (video demo here -> https://www.youtube.com/shorts/BafslKcdTz8). Hey everyone, I have the annual membership and it was working perfectly fine for me so far. Yesterday, I clicked on the Bike Angels program in my app and right after that, my app stopped showing low-charge bikes (green gift box) and charging station icons (green electricity). Now I only see white and black arrows for points, which I don't want. Everything worked fine before I signed up for BA and was able to earn E-bike min by moving low charged bikes and complete any rides.
