Is there a reward through the Bike Angels program for returning abandoned Citibikes that are left outside of stations? If so, what is the process for doing this? I often see bikes left around, but given my tight schedule, it doesn’t seem worth the effort without a clear incentive. A way to scan them to know that they are truly abandoned and receive substantial points for returning them would be ideal.BananaBlack31 days agoResourceful Rider108Views3likes3CommentsAbrupt Cancellation of Lyft Pink All Access Membership (linked to Chase Sapphire Reserve)

Why does the point changed if I zoom in or zoom out? Lyft at X (Twitter) is Ignoring Me A few times a week the Divvy app fails to credit my earned points Usually/always, submitting a screen shot and photo to X has quickly resulted in the missing points being credited. This last weekend Lyft X denied crediting 12pts, and are refusing to respond to my absolute proof they are earned, and will not give me a reason why? It's simple. I moved eBikes from the deserted "underground" to what is one of the busiest docks in the whole city. (pic) All the bikes were moved within the 15 minute, 12 points time frame from the exact same place to the dock. One ride was missing the 12pts credit. More sad than the amount of time spent on this project, fighting for a earned 12 points, is the fact that Lyft X is ghosting me. 18 24-18.16, shows a glitch in the app. A two minute ride that has no movement Photos attached Please, can someone help? In citibike help pages I see this info https://help.citibikenyc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039406631-Riding-with-an-ebike In instances where there are no classic bikes at a station, memberscan now rent one of our new, next-gen silver ebikes in “classic mode.” This means that you can rent this ebike for no extra charge, but there will be little to no e-assist for the ride. To make this choice, you’ll see a screen after scanning the QR code that allows you to choose between riding with full assist or riding with low assist. But in divvy (chicago) help pages, which otherwise looks pretty similar, it doesn't have that section https://help.divvybikes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046649911-Riding-with-an-ebike We have those same bikes as NYC, except they have a cable lock fitted for docking out of station. I can't remember when this started, but it was somewhat recently. Whenever I try to unlock a CitiBike, regardless of whether it is a traditional or eBike, the app prompts me to accept a one dollar charge on my credit card on file. Hello Thank you Found some answers :) If we join Lyft Pink All Access in Chicago, can we us our Points Bank to pay for extending Lyft Pink All Access membership? Answer: No If we join Lyft Pink All Access in Chicago, will that gives us access to Lyft's bike sharing (the bike Angels program) in all of their other bike sharing markets?. Answer: Yes If we sign up for Lyft Pink All Access in Chicago, will that give us the same Lyft's car sharing access in all their cities? Answer: Yes So... instead of getting a separate Divvy or Citbike membership, we can just get Lyft Pink which will allow us access and membership in all of Lyft's bike sharing markets as well as access to their car sharing? Answer: Yes Then why pay Citbike's annual fee of $220 when Pink All Access is only $199? Answer: Because the Points Bank can not be used to extend Pink All Access membership. You'll have to pay the $199 out of pocket Except ... in NYC, you can do Points for Cash and cover the cost that way Thank youjm2 months agoHustlin' Helper159Views1like12CommentsBig Change to the app?
There has been a big change to the Divvy app A great way to protect against losing your boost if a docking station status changed moments before grabbing a bike, was after selecting the exact docking station, scan the bike from within that open window What used to happen, if you were in danger of losing your boost, a warning would tell you. After losing my boost when I was sure about the docks status, and using the above technique, we tested, and that feature is gone. We switched from using the fob exactly for that protection, as more than a few times a "quick switch" caused us to loose boost. Does anyone remember that feature and is it in fact, gone? I often find myself riding to stations that show available docks on the app, only to arrive and find none. Despite the app indicating available docks, the reality is often different. For instance, at 1st Ave & E 68th St on July 2nd at 11:30 am: The app showed six available spaces, but there were none. I suspect the valet left without updating the dock status. Several people were already waiting for a space to free up, while others left in frustration. Here's another example in Midtown: The app shows one but it's permanently unusable. The app allows us to report bike issues using the wrench icon, but there seems to be no way to report problems with dock stations. Is there an alternative to calling customer service for this? Perhaps the Angel program could be enhanced to address this, supplementing the bi-monthly station inspections, or we could implement a feature to correct system data inaccuracies more easily. Hi Jess, Do Citi Bike keys have an estimated lifespan? At some point years ago I received a white key as a perk, and used it for at least five or six years before it suddenly stopped working exactly a month ago. Luckily, I still had my original blue key which I then started using, and I ordered a new key as a back up. Tonight as I was out doing Bike Angle rides, my old blue key stopped working as well. Luckily the new key came in the mail a few days ago so I switched over to that, but I’m wondering how long the brand new one might last, if I should get back up for that one now. BTW, my original blue key that died tonight looks brand new, so it’s not like it’s been abused in any way. Also, why can’t I just sign into this web page with my password? Last night I was moving bikes from a station that only had e-bikes left to a neighboring station. One of the e-bikes was stuck in the dock and even though the ride started going on the app the e-bike was never able to come out of the dock. As per citi bike support I was told that there would be no charges for this ride. However, 1 hour 9 minutes later I received a notification that I was charged $10.12 in e-bike credit for this ride. Moreover, since only e-bikes were available at this station and I was unlocking this e-bike with my key (which is pre-set to low assist option) the first 45 minutes of that ride were supposed to be free, yet I was charged $4.50 plus tax in e-bike credit for this. Today I called citi bike and while they acknowledged that this ride never happened and I should not be charged for it they stated that e-bike credit that was applied cannot be refunded as per citibike policy. Also they said the issue cannot be escalated and they cannot tell me where I can see this policy. Is this true? Is there any way to resolve this? I received the backpack. Thank you to all that cared and helped. Please, implement Divvy points for ca$h in Chicago. Lyft has their reasons, the logic behind the decision to not offer Divvy points for cash, but the system is well embedded in NY which means it's something Lyft wants to sustain and an ongoing success.
